A very quick and easy vegetable salad made of potatoes, parsley, garlic and spices. This is a perfect dish for parties and family dinners, you spend spend a little time for cooking. Serve hot with barbecued chicken, steak, bratwurst, baked ham, grilled salmon or any fishes.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes
    0,3 lb
  • Garlic
    2 cloves
  • Parsley
    1 sprig
  • Vegetable oil
    1,5 tbsp.
  • Whine vinegar
    1,5 tbsp.
  • Ground black pepper
    to taste
  • Salt
    to taste

Method

  • Wash the potatoes under running water, then peel and cut in half. Transfer the potatoes to a pot, fill with water. Cook for about 20 minutes until tender. Drain the potatoes, cut into slices.

  • Peel the garlic. Crush in a press or finely chop.

  • Wash the parsley under running water, finely chop.

  • Combine the chopped potatoes and parsley, crushed garlic in a salad bowl. Pour in oil and vinegar. Season to your taste and mix well. Serve hot!
