Do you want to surprise your guests for holiday? Then cook the Russian salad made of boiled vegetables, meat, pickled cucumbers and seasoned with mayonnaise. The highlight of this Olivier salad is the apples. They give a sweet taste that combine with sour and spicy flavorings.

  • Pour water in a pot, put the carrots and potatoes to boil. Then peel the vegetables and cut into cubes.

  • Make eggs hard-boiled. Cook them for 10 minutes after boiling. Then cut into cubes.

  • Next, cut the pickled cucumbers into cubes.

  • Peel the onion and finely cut it.

  • Open canned green peas and pour off the water.

  • In another pot, cook the beef meat in a salted water. Then leave to cool and cut it.

  • Cut the apples into cubes. Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix. Season with mayonnaise and spices to your taste.
