Are you bored of traditional Olivier salad? Put the new ingredients and the taste will change completely. In our salad we add the pineapples which go well with chicken fillet and ham. This new recipe of Olivier salad is made with potatoes, carrots, pineapples, meat and onion. It’s seasoned with salt and pepper. The mayonnaise dressing is better to add before serving.


  • Chicken
    0,4 lb.
  • Canned pineapple
    0,2 lb.
  • Ham
    0,2 lb.
  • Potatoes
    0,4 lb.
  • Carrot
    1 pcs.
  • Onion
    1 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise
    8 tbsp.
  • Ground black pepper
    to taste
  • Salt
    to taste

  • Put the chicken to boil in a salted water. Then cool down and cut it finely.

  • Cut the ham into cubes.

  • Wash the carrots and potatoes, then peel them and cut into small cubes.

  • Cut the pineapples into cubes.

  • Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes.

  • Mix all the ingredients in one bowl. Season with mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Garnish with a dill, serve on a plate or in the different shapes of canapes.
