Peel the garlic, crush it in a press. Season with salt and mix.
Add mustard into a bowl, then add also egg yolks, lemon juice. Gently mix.
Combine the mixture with crushed garlic and wine vinegar. Then pour in olive oil, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce. Beat all ingredients with a fork or in a mixer. Season with spices.
How to get lemon juice? Take out the lemon from fridge, leave it heat up for a few minutes. Then roll the fruit on your cooking board with your hands. This action helps to get more juice. Then slice the lemon crosswise using a sharp knife. Squeeze the lemon with the cutting side up, so the seeds don’t fall into the bowl.
How to separate egg yolks from egg whites? First wash the hands and eggs. Put the eggs in the fridge, so it will be easier to separate the yolks from the whites. Take 3 small bowls. Break the egg into the first bowl, trying not to break the yolk. Then drop it into your palm and take the other bowl. Make the whites drip through your fingers into the second bowl. Then add the separated yolks to the third bowl.
