Choose the Chinese or white cabbage to the imitation crab salad. It goes well with corn, eggs and cucumbers. The dish is cooked very fast, which is ideal for dinner. A spring salad variation with imitation crab meat, that everyone will appreciate. If desired, mayonnaise can be replaced with sour cream; finely cut a few cloves of garlic for piquancy. Sprinkle with greens to your taste!

  • Cucumber

  • Eggs

  • Red onion

  • Mayonnaise
    3 tbsp.
  • Dill
    to taste
  • Ground black pepper
    to taste
  • Salt
    to taste

Method

  • Finely chop the cabbage.

  • Thaw crab sticks, chop them finely.

  • Wash the cucumber, peel it and cut into cubes.

  • Make hard boiled eggs. Fill a pot with water, add the eggs. As soon as the water boils, reduce the heat and cook for about 10 minutes. Then remove the eggs from the pot and chill in cold water. Next, peel the eggs and finely cut into cubes.

  • Peel the onion, finely cut it.

  • Open a can of corn, drain the water. Next, mix all the ingredients. Season with spices,  add finely chopped greens.
