Imitation crab salad with cucumber

An unusual salad that is very easy to cook. Fresh cucumbers and greens are added to the dish, they make the meal spring-like. All ingredients are combined well and put in layers in a salad bowl. Serve without stirring. The guests will be delighted with the unusual taste of the salad.


  • Imitation crab meat
    1 lb.
  • Rice

  • Fill a pot with 200 g water and add salt. Rinse rice under cold running water, then add to the pot. Stir while cooking so that the groats do not stick to the bottom. Cook for about 20 minutes.

  • Make hard boiled eggs. Fill a pot with water, add the eggs. As soon as the water boils, reduce the heat and cook for about 10 minutes. Then remove the eggs from the pot and chill in cold water. Next, peel the eggs and finely cut into cubes.

  • Defrost imitation crab meat, cut into cubes.

  • Wash the cucumbers, finely cut into small cubes.

  • Peel the onion, finely cut. You can use only a half of head unless you like so much onion in the salad

  • Open a can of corn, drain the water.

  • Take a deep salad bowl. Put the chopped ingredients in layers, sprinkling each of them with salt to your taste. So follow this order: rice, corn, imitation crab meat, cucumbers, onion, eggs and mayonnaise. Serve, garnished with a sprig of greens.
