The classic imitation crab salad is made with 4 ingredients: rice, eggs and corn. You can choose and add any of them to your taste. Imitation crab salad with rice is a very easy recipe for a hearty salad. It suits for a holiday table, lunch or dinner.


  • Imitation crab meat
    0,5 lb.
  • Rice
    6 tbsp.
  • Canned corn
    36 tbsp.
  • Eggs
    3 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise
    4,5 tbsp.
  • Green onion
    1 sprig
  • Parsley
    1 sprig
  • Dill
    1 sprig
  • Salt
    to taste

  • Fill a pot with 180 g water and add 1 pinch of salt. Rinse rice under cold running water, then add to the pot. Stir while cooking so that the groats do not stick to the bottom. Cook for about 20 minutes. The cooking time depends on the type of groats.

  • Make hard boiled eggs. Fill a pot with water, add the eggs. As soon as the water boils, reduce the heat and cook for about 10 minutes. Then remove the eggs from the pot and chill in cold water. Next, peel the eggs and finely cut them.

  • Defrost crab sticks and cut them.

  • Open a can of corn, drain the water.

  • Mix all the ingredients in one bowl. Season with mayonnaise and spices. Sprinkle with finely chopped greens.
