A very tasty seafood salad made of crabmeat, shrimps and pasta. The dish is poured with tangy mayonnaise dressing. You will spend only 20 minutes and get a delicious meal for any occasion! Chill the pasta before serving! Sprinkle with herbs if desired.

  • Pasta
    1 package
  • Imitation crabmeat
    1 cup
  • Package of shrimps
    lb.
  • Celery stalks
    2 pcs.
  • Green peas
    cups
  • Mayonnaise
    cups
  • Sugar
    1 tbsp.
  • Vinegar
    1 tbsp.
  • Ground black pepper
    tsp.
  • Salt
    1 pinch

Method

  • Fill a pot with water, pour 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil. Cook any kind of pasta according to the time on the package. Then transfer to a colander and drain it.

  • Cook the shrimps. Make sure that the shrimps are thawed. Fill a pot with water, add a pinch of salt and a little lemon juice. Bring the pot to a boil. Cook until the shrimps are pink. The cooking time is not more than 2 minutes! Finally, peel the shrimps from shell.

  • Cut the crabmeat in a random shape. Combine with shrimps in the salad bowl.

  • Rinse the celery under water, after that cut it into rings.

  • Defrost green peas under hot water. Add the ingredients to the bowl. Mix well.

  • Make sauce. Combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt and ground pepper. Mix well. Then drizzle this sauce over salad.

Tips

  • How to defrost shrimps. Transfer the package to the deep bowl or large pot. Then fill with cold water. Let sit for about 1,5 hour, until the shrimps are completely defrosted.
