Defrost the squids in advance under cold water. Fill a pot with water, bring to a boil. Add salt, bay leaf and peppercorns. Dip the squid in boiling water for 10 seconds, then remove and place another piece of squid. Finally, cut into strips.
Wash the cucumber, remove the seeds and cut into cubes or thin slices.
Peel the onion and garlic, wash and finely cut.
Make the sauce. Combine the following ingredients: soy sauce, chili sauce, sesame oil, granulated sugar, vinegar and spices.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
