If you are waiting for guests and don’t know what to cook, make vegetable seafood salad. Just take different seafood ingredients and add more green salad. This seafood salad goes well with drinks. Serve with lemon wedges!

    1 bunch
  • Tomatoes
    3 pcs.
  • Lemon
    pcs.
  • Seafood cocktail
    1,1 lb.
  • Olive oil
    1,5 tbsp.
  • Ground black pepper
    to taste
  • Salt
    to taste

Method

  • Fill a pot with water. Bring to a boil. Then add seafood cocktail and cook for about 7 minutes. Transfer seafood to colander and rinse with cold water.

  • Wash the tomatoes and cut into cubes.

  • Wash the green salad. Then take a bowl, put all the ingredients and mix well.

  • Squeeze lemon juice. Then drizzle it and pour olive oil. Season with spices to your taste.
