Very delicious and vitamin-rich salad made of avocado and tuna!

  • Avocado
    1 ripe
  • Flaked light tuna
    2 ounce
  • Red apple
    1,2 pcs
  • Chopped red onion
    1,2 cup
  • chopped celery
    1,2 cup
  • Chopped toasted walnuts
    1,4 cup
  • Mayonnaise
    2 tbsp
  • Pickle juice
    1 tbsp.
  • Dried dill weed
    1 tsp.
  • Dijon musard
    1,2 tsp.
  • Ground cumin
    1,4 tsp
  • Salt, pepper
    to taste

Method

  • Wash and cut avocado in half, scoop out the flesh into a bowl.

    Mash avocado in a blender or with fork (at will).  Add tuna, apple,  mayonnaise, pickle juice, dill, onion, celery, toasted walnuts, Dijon mustard, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well all the ingredients.
