Put a saucepan with water on the heat and bring water to a boil. After boiling add bow-tie pasta and cook about 10 minutes. Add peas and continue cooking for 3 minutes. Drain water and rinse pasta with peas with cold water.
Transfer pasta and peas to a bowl. Mix in tuna, green onion, celery, dill, and carrot.
Separately, mix mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper. Blend into macaroni.
