First, wash and tear up a few lettuce leaves. Rinse and then cut the boiled turkey fillet into small cubes, place on the lettuce.
Wash, cut the tomatoes and peppers into small pieces and place them on the meat, first the tomatoes and then the peppers. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Stir the salad lightly. Drain the liquid from the can and cut the olives in halves.
For the dressing, mix the olive oil and lime juice, squeeze the garlic, mix well. Pour the dressing over the salad and sprinkle over the greens.
Use the black olives for a more neutral salad flavor. If you want a slightly sour taste, then replace them with green ones.
For a richer flavor, use the meat, marinated in soy sauce beforehand. You can even pre-fry it and sprinkle with sesame seeds before adding it to the salad.
Bon Appetit!
