Arugula, pear and Parmesan salad

If you were looking for a light salad, cook arugula, pear and Parmesan salad. But if you don’t have some of the listed ingredients, replace them with your favorite ones. For example, grape seed oil with olive oil. It is a great recipe not only for guests, but also for healthy food lovers.


  • Arugula

  • Yellow pears
    4 pcs.
  • Parmesan
    0,1 lb
  • Pine nuts
    0,1 lb
  • Lemon
    1 pcs.
  • Dry white wine
    5 fl. oz
  • Sugar
    1 tsp.
  • Grapeseed oil
    to taste
  • Ground black pepper
    to taste

  • Wash arugula and dry with a napkin.

  • Wash and peel the pears. Cut in half, and then into slices. It’s better to choose sweet varieties of pears, they will go well with salad dressing.

  • Heat the pan, pour the wine and dissolve the sugar in it. Cook over low heat until half of the contents have evaporated. Then add half of the chopped pears. Simmer until tender over high heat. When the pears change color, turn off the stove.

  • Cut Parmesan cheese into slices.

  • Put arugula on a beautiful plate. Then add raw and stewed pears, Parmesan. Finally sprinkle the salad with oil and lemon juice (squeeze the juice of the lemon). Garnish with pine nuts, season to your taste.
