Do you like spring salads? Cook an easy cucumber radish salad seasoned with salt and pepper. To make it taste fresh and sour, squeeze lemon juice. Cucumber radish salad is the best idea of cooking a light dinner or lunch. You can take this dish to your work as a snack. Serve for grilled meat, fish or potatoes.


  • Radish

  • White cabbage
    1,6 lb
  • Cucumbers
    0,2 lb
  • Dill
    20 tbsp.
  • White wine vinegar
    0,3 fl. oz
  • Olive oil
    4 tbsp.
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Ground black pepper
    to taste

  • Finely chop the white cabbage, then add salt (to your taste) and leave for 5-7 minutes.

  • At the same time cut the radish into slices, but the cucumbers – into strips.

  • Wash the dill and gently tear it with your hands.

  • Dressing. Mix the vinegar and olive oil in a bowl, season with pepper. Then add this sauce to all other ingredients. Sprinkle with greens.
