Arugula is a green plant that grows in warm areas. It has the spicy and bitter taste as the nut. This plant is added to the salads, meat or seafood. Do not add vinegar to the dressing, as the arugula is quite spicy. Arugula salad with shrimps is a healthy and low-calorie recipe. It can be served for holidays or dinner.

  • Wash the arugula, dry with a napkin.

  • Take the lime, cut it in half. Squeeze the juice from one half.

  • Dressing. Mix the following ingredients: olive oil, honey, soy sauce, balsamic cream, lime juice and lime zest (grate it).

  • Wash the avocado, remove the pits and cut into cubes.

  • Wash the tomatoes, cut in half.

  • Cut the Parmesan cheese into thin slices.

  • Cook the peeled shrimps in a frying pan in olive oil. Add spices.

  • Put the arugula on a plate. The next layer is the shrimps, then cheese and tomatoes. Season with dressing. Sprinkle with nuts and spices to your taste.
