Fry the skinless walnuts in a dry frying pan, but not to overdo them. Fry about 5 minutes over moderate heat. Leave to cool down.
Wash arugula and put on a large flat plate.
Wash strawberries, cut into halves or half rings. Then add to arugula.
Cut the cheese into thin slices, garnish the salad. Season with spices and stir.
At the end drizzle with olive oil and balsamic sauce. Sprinkle nuts on top and serve.
