Seasonal fruits and veggies are more flavorful and nutritious. We recommend a quick spring salad. Sweet strawberries combined with bitter cheese will drive anyone crazy. The great dish for a snack or light dinner. This is the best healthy salad recipe which can be made very fast!

  • Arugula
    0,6 lb
  • Walnuts
    0,2 lb
  • Parmesan cheese
    0,1 lb
  • Balsamic vinegar
    2 tbsp.
  • Olive oil (Extra virgin)
    1 tbsp.
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Ground black pepper
    to taste

  • Fry the skinless walnuts in a dry frying pan, but not to overdo them. Fry about 5 minutes over moderate heat. Leave to cool down.

  • Wash arugula and put on a large flat plate.

  • Wash strawberries, cut into halves or half rings. Then add to arugula.

  • Cut the cheese into thin slices, garnish the salad. Season with spices and stir.

  • At the end drizzle with olive oil and balsamic sauce. Sprinkle nuts on top and serve.
