Tomato, mozzarella and arugula salad

Do you like arugula salads? We recommend you a simple and quick recipe. But choose only fresh tomatoes and cheese, then you will feel the entire flavor palette. The bitter taste of greens and sweet one of tomatoes. Serve on a beautiful plate, your guests will be delighted!


  • Arugula
    1 sprig
  • Tomatoes
    4 pcs.
  • Mozzarella
    1 lb
  • Basil
    1 sprig
  • Olive oil
    1 fl. oz
  • Balsamic vinegar
    2 tbsp.
  • Spices
    to taste

  • Wash and cut the tomatoes into rings.

  • Then cut Mozzarella cheese in the same way.

  • Dressing. Grind the basil in a blender. Then mix with olive oil, salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar. Mix well everything.

  • Put the tomatoes and cheese on a plate, pour the dressing over the top.

  • Make the last layer – arugula. Garnish with red onion rings if desired.
