Wash and cut the tomatoes into rings.
Then cut Mozzarella cheese in the same way.
Dressing. Grind the basil in a blender. Then mix with olive oil, salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar. Mix well everything.
Put the tomatoes and cheese on a plate, pour the dressing over the top.
Make the last layer – arugula. Garnish with red onion rings if desired.
