  • Finely chop the shallot and garlic and fry in the olive oil.

  • Add the canned tomatoes, season with pepper and salt. Now let it simmer.

  • Boil the gnocchi according to package instructions. Then fry them in margarine for about 5 minutes.

  • Mix the wild garlic pesto with the gnocchi. Finally, pour the tomato sauce over the gnocchi.


  • You can serve gnocchi with a steak. For the maximum flavor, fry the gnocchi alongside the steak and add a salad to finish it off!
