Easiest Mashed Potatoes Recipe

A recipe for delicious potato mash that is prepared quickly, in the end you will enjoy a creamy, fine and very delicious texture.


  • White potatoes
    211,6 oz.
  • Milk
    27 fl.oz
  • Butter
    11,2 oz.
  • Cream cheese
    4 tbsp.
  • Black pepper and salt
    a pinch
  • Sweet paprika
    6 tbsp.

  • Cut the potatoes into cubes, put them in a bowl and wash them well under cold water, then drain them.

  • Place the potatoes in a large saucepan filled with cold water, add a teaspoon of salt and put the lid on to boil them.  

  • When the water starts to boil, remove the lid and skim off the foam on top. Let the potatoes cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes. When ready, drain the water.  

  • Add the butter into a saucepan, then pour in the milk. Place the saucepan on medium heat until the butter is completely melted.

  • Mash the potatoes well with a hand masher, then add the milk and butter mixture, continuing to mash with the masher. At the end, season with salt, hot paprika, add the cream cheese and mix until the ingredients are well blended.


  • You can serve this recipe with fish, baked or grilled vegetables, or with a fresh green salad.
