It is a very healthy recipe, easy to prepare and perfect for diversifying baby food. All of this using only 3 ingredients.

  • Potatoes
    2 pcs.
  • Carrot
    1 pcs.
  • Butter
    1 cube

Method

  • Wash the vegetables well and peel them. Boil 2 potatoes and a carrot cut into circles. Let the vegetables boil for 25 minutes until they soften.

  • Add a cube of butter and mix all of the ingredients with the blender until you reach a creamy texture.

Notes

  • Since it is food for babies, we recommend not using spices.
