Cut the potatoes into cubes and boil them in salted water for 25 minutes.
When the potatoes have boiled, drain the water. Add an egg, a pinch of salt and mix well. Add the tuna over the mixture and chopped scallions, 1 tablespoon of parmesan and black pepper.
Add 2 tablespoons of flour, stir well and shape the mixture into balls with your hands.
In a plate with flour, roll the potato balls and fry them in a pan in some olive oil. Brown them on both sides.
The sauce for the pancakes is made with a grated cucumber and dill. Also add 2 spoons of yogurt and a little salt for the taste.
Serve the potato pancakes warm. Add cream to complete the taste.
