  • White potatoes
    176 oz.
  • Butter
    5 cubes
  • Sweet cream
    10 cups
  • Garlic salt
    to taste

Method

  • Peel and wash the potatoes well. Cut into medium pieces and place in a saucepan over high heat. Pour enough water to cover them.

  • When they start to boil, lower the heat and leave for about 40 minutes. When ready, drain the water in which they boiled, add the butter and salt.

  • With a masher, blend the potatoes and add cream gradually until there are no more lumps.

  • To make the texture fluffy - beat it well for 2 minutes with a mixer at high speed.

Tips

  •  For a better taste, you can put a piece of boiled onion together with the potatoes when you boil them. 

  • If desired, you can serve it with chicken or fish.
