Mashed Potatoes with Vegetables

  • We will start preparing the recipe by washing the vegetables very well. The next step will be cutting them into cubes and boil them with water and salt. Boil for 30-35 minutes. When they are ready, drain the water and mash them.

  • Next step, add the butter and mix the cream (at room temperature) little by little, so that the texture is not too liquidy. You will obtain the consistency of ideal mashed potatoes texture.

  • To get a delicious and creamy taste, add grated cheese. You can add any type of cheese you like. Adding cheddar or parmesan, it turns out very creamy and mouth-watering at taste.


  • You can serve the mashed potatoes with some marinated meatballs.
