  • Potatoes

  • Plant-based milk
    10,1 fl.oz.
  • Salt

  • Mushrooms

  • Corn kernels

  • Green bell pepper

  • Edamame (frozen)

  • Clean the potatoes and boil them for 20-25 minutes in salted water. When they are ready, drain the water and mash them. Add vegetable milk and mix.

  • Wash the vegetables, finely chop the onion, and put in the pan on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Add the pepper, mushrooms, corn and edamame. Sauté the vegetables over medium heat with the lid on for 10 minutes.

  • Combine the ingredients in a bowl. Add the mashed potatoes, put the vegetables on top. Optionally add Goma wakame (Japanese salad) or Korean-style carrots.


  • Use any kind of vegetables you prefer (button mushrooms, eggplant, lettuce, tomatoes, red cabbage).
