Mashed Potatoes wih Mushroom Sauce

A delicate recipe with the special aroma of truffles - less expensive, but just as tasty.


  • Potatoes

  • Clean and peel the potatoes and boil them. Add pink salt to the potato water for a better taste. When they are ready, add butter and milk, and then mash to make the mashed potatoes texture.

  • In a pan, add the cut mushrooms and the sliced onion, add 2 tablespoons of truffle oil, half a glass of water and a little salt for the taste. Leave for 15 minutes on medium heat with the lid on to cook the mushrooms.

  • Combine the mushroom composition, a tablespoon of truffle oil, a pinch of salt to the blender and mix until you obtain a creamy paste.


  • Serve it hot, optionally with a green salad.
