Open the can with vegetable broth. Then pour it into the pot, bring to a boil.
Heat the frying pan. Saute the pine nuts over the medium heat until golden brown. Stir it.
Wash and finely chop the mushrooms. Heat the frying pan again, saute the mushrooms.
Soak the rice in cold water for 20 minutes, then rinse it.
Wash the green onion and finely chop it.
Heat the frying pan, add a part of olive oil and pour the rice. Saute the grain until golden brown for about a minute. Then combine with the following ingredients: chopped green onion, pine nuts and mushrooms. Stir everything and remove from the stove.
The rice mixture add to the vegetable broth. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, close the lid and cook until tender. Then remove from the heat and let it brew for 10 minutes.
