Soak the rice for 20 minutes, then rinse it.
Wash the mushrooms, onion and carrot. Then finely cut them.
Heat the frying pan, pour a few spoons of vegetable oil and brown the chopped ingredients. Saute until they are done. Then season with spices. Mix everything.
Next, pour the rice and mix.
Pour water (1:2), close the lid. Cook until the water is absorbed. Then remove from the stove and let it brew for 15 minutes.
