Soak rice in cold water for 20 minutes, then rinse it.
Wash the greens herbs, finely cut it.
Heat the frying pan and pour the olive oil. Then add orzo, saute it until brown over the moderate heat. Stir constantly.
Then add the rice, season with salt. Cook the grain for about 5 minutes. Don’t forget to stir it.
Heat cold water, then pour it into a pan. Mix all the ingredients. Reduce the heat to low, simmer for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the stove. Garnish with green herbs.
