Method

  • Prepare all the ingredients in the right amount that you will use while cooking.

  • Take the saucepan. Boil the broth in it. You can find his recipe in the tips.

  • Roast the pine nuts over medium heat. They should turn out rosy. Set the nuts aside and move on to the next step.

  • Fry the mushrooms in a dry frying pan until the moisture in them evaporates. Set the cooked mushrooms aside.

  • Raise the fire to a high temperature. Saute the rice in olive oil for about 10 min. It should become golden in color. Always stir the resulting mass during cooking.

  • While the rice is cooking, peel and dice the onion. Then add it to the rice. Continue frying for about 5 more min.

  • At the end, add mushrooms and nuts to this mixture and mix everything well. Turn off the stove. Fine. The last step remains.

  • Pour the resulting mass into the hot broth and mix everything thoroughly. Add salt and spices to taste. Bring this mixture to a boil. Then continue to cook your dish over low heat.
