Soak the rice for 20 minutes, then rinse it.
Heat the frying pan, add olive oil and orzo. Gently brown the pasta.
When the pasta orzo starts changing color, add the butter. Brown until golden brown.
Add the rice to the frying pan and mix well. Then pour water, season with salt. When the water is absorbed, reduce heat to low. Close the lid and simmer for about 15 minutes. Taste if it’s done and remove from the stove.
