Method

  • Thoroughly wash the basil leaves and leave them to dry.

  • Wash, peel and cut the garlic into halves.

  • Put the basil leaves, garlic and pine nuts in a food processor. 

    Add salt to taste and olive oil.

    Pulse the ingredients several times until smooth.

  • Finally, add cheese, oil and salt.

    The pesto sauce is ready!
