Broccoli pesto gnocchi sauce

Incredibly gourmet yet simple to make sauce! It's too simple to cook. Just make your broccoli pesto and serve with baby spinach and parmesan.

  • Gnocchi
    3 cups
  • Fresh pesto
    4 tbsp.
  • Juice of lemon
    tbsp.
  • Grated parmesan
    3 tbsp.

Method

  • Cook long-stemmed broccoli in a pan of boiling salted water until tender. Scoop out with a slotted spoon, then cook a pack of gnocchi in the same water following pack instructions.

  • Drain, tip the gnocchi back into the pan, then add the broccoli, fresh pesto and the juice of lemon. Toss then serve in warm bowls with grated parmesan on top.
