Melt the butter in a small saucepan.
Add flour and mustard to the melted butter.
Stir several times until the sauce will begin to thicken and boil.
We continue to stir the sauce over low heat. After we need add a milk little by little. (try to mix carefully to make sure there are no lumps).
Cook about 1-2 minutes, wait for the sauce to thicken.
Next, put cheese in the sauce and mix for a couple of minutes until it melted.
Finally, remove the sauce from the heat and add pepper, salt and chili sauce to taste.
It is possible to use high-fat cream instead of milk. (Cream should be added carefully, in small portions, stirring immediately with a spatula)
Instead of Cheddar cheese, you can use other hard cheeses such as Parmesan.
Bon Appetit!
