Preparation of sauce.
Mix all ingredients together in a dish. (parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, butter,onion, lemon juice, salt, hot sauce, black paper, dill.)
Fish preparation.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat it with 1 teaspoon butter. Put in a preheated oven. (Heat oven to 375°F)
Lay fish on the prepared baking sheet.
Broil fish in the oven about 7-8 minutes. ( check if the fish is fried)
After the fish is fried, spread it lightly with sauce.
Return fish to oven and wait about 1-2 minutes until the sauce will lightly browned.
