Air-Fryer Sweet Potato Fries

Crispy and munchy potato fries—and only in ten minutes! We all love our fries a little bit salty and appetizingly seasoned. The aroma is definitely mouthwatering and will leave everyone satisfied.


  • Sweet potatoes
    1 medium piece
  • Canola oil
    1 tbsp.
  • Kosher salt
    0,5 tsp.
  • Pepper
    0,3 tsp.
  • Garlic powder
    0,2 tsp.
  • Ground sweet paprika
    0,2 tsp.

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Wash the sweet potatoes with clear water in the meanwhile, and then peel them.


  • The potatoes should be sliced into 1/2-inch broad fries. Assemble in a dish onto the canola oil. Convey with salt, pepper, maybe garlic powder, and if you want some paprika, then toss to cover all fries equally.


  • Fill the air fryer basket with a layer of fries that is uniform in thicknessworking in batches if necessary.


  • In the preheated air fryer, cook the fries until they turn golden, about 10 minutes. Repeat the process for the remaining fries.




  • Don't forget about the sauceWe like to serve these fries with ketchup or mayo for dipping.


  • Fries can be kept in the refrigerator for up to several days by placing them in a zip-top bag or container. To guarantee crispy leftovers, reheat them in an air fryer.
