Preheat oven to 350°F | 175°C.
Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then put them in a shallow baking dish measuring 6 by 10 inches. Add an orange juice drizzle and put aside.
Mix together the flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add margarine to the mixture, it should resemble gritty crumbles after being chopped. Sprinkle the mixture liberally over the sweet potatoes.
Cook for 30 minutes, then remove the casserole from the stove. Spread the marshmallows equally on the dish and fry them under the broiler until they are browned.
For a change, you can use canned potatoes instead of fresh ones.
