  • Bring water to a boil in a pot, add the chopped chicken. The amount of water depends on the size of the pot and poultry.

  • Then add a whole onion without husks and grated carrots. Season to your taste.

  • Rinse rice and cook it in another pot. Fill a pot with water, add groats. Cook for 20 minutes with a lid. When the water boils, reduce heat to medium.

  • Cut the chicken meat into small chunks when it’s done.
