A broth is a soup made from meat or vegetables. So if you don’t have chicken, substitute it with any other meat. The dish serves as a base for soup or like a separate one.

  • Pour water into a pot (about half of it so that the water completely covered the poultry). Wait until the water boils.

  • Put the chicken into boiling water. In this case, the broth will turn out transparent. Cook over medium heat until tender (about 30 minutes). Add spices to your taste (bay leaf, peppercorns and etc.).

  • Peel vegetables, chop coarsely. Add to the pot in the middle of cooking.

  • Cut the chicken meat into small chunks, when it is done. Serve in deep bowls. Sprinkle with finely chopped greens on top.
