  • Carrots

  • Onions
    1 pcs.
  • Potatoes
    2 pcs.
  • Noodles
    2 cups
  • Bay leaf
    to taste
  • Curry
    to taste
  • Ground black pepper
    to taste
  • Salt
    to taste

Method

  • Pour water into a pot. Then cut chicken into small chunks or its fillet, add to a boiling water. Cook over low heat. The chicken breast cooks faster, so you can save your time.

  • Remove chicken meat from the broth and finely cut it, if the meat chunks are large.

  • Peel potatoes, finely chop it and add to broth.

  • Then peel carrots and onions, finely cut them. Add vegetable oil and veggies to a preheated pan. Simmer until tender and add to the broth.

  • Cook noodles for up to 10 minutes. Season with spices. Add to the chicken broth and serve.

Tips

  • If you want to avoid fat in the chicken broth, the first water must be removed.

  • Add salt at the end of cooking.

  • If you want to make soup tastier and a little sour, add 1-2 tbsp. of lemon juice. 

  • To cook good recipes with chicken, choose a quality product. Buy the chicken with a light pink skin. Besides, it should have a very mild smell or no odor.
