  • Rinse chicken meat. Fill a pot with water and bring to a boil. Add chicken breast. Skim off the scum and fat from soup. Then reduce heat to low and add the unpeeled onion. Cook for about half an hour, then remove it.

  • Peel and rinse potatoes. Cut into any shape, add to the soup and cook for about 10 minutes.

  • Peel carrots, rinse and grate.

  • Crush garlic in a press or finely cut it.

  • Peel onions, finely cut it. Heat the frying pan, pour vegetable oil and add the chopped ingredients. Saute until golden brown. Then add to the soup.

  • In 5 minutes add noodles and spices from the list. Sprinkle with chopped herbs before serving.


  • To cook good recipes with chicken, choose a quality product. Buy the chicken with a light pink skin. Mest should have a very mild smell or no odor.
