  • Rinse chicken legs. Fill a pot with cold water, put the chicken legs and cook over high heat. When the water is boiling, reduce heat to low. Season with salt.

  • Peel onions and add to the soup. Remove in 30 minutes.

  • Peel carrots, rinse and cut into cubes. Add to the soup. In 5 minutes add cubed potatoes. Cook for about 15 minutes.

  • Then add noodles and cook again for 15 minutes. Season with spices. In 5 minutes remove the soup from stove. Serve in 10 minutes.


  • To cook good recipes with chicken, choose a quality product. Buy the chicken with a light pink skin. Meat should have a very mild smell or no odor.
