This soup can cook everyone. You need only blender and fresh vegetables. Place veggies in the blender jar and serve the dish. Avocado soup is the best recipe of cold soup for summer time.


  • Avocados
    3 pcs.
  • Tomatoes
    2 pcs.
  • Cucumbers
    2 pcs.
  • Zucchinis
    2 pcs.
  • Green onions
    3 bundle
  • Cilantro
    2 tbsp.
  • Corn kernels
    9 tbsp.
  • Water
    to taste
  • Spices
    to taste

  • Grind in a blender the following ingredients: avocado (only half), tomatoes, cucumbers and cilantro. Don’t forget to rinse veggies and only then put in the blender jar. Pour water to get soup, but don’t overdo it.

  • Rinse the remaining avocado, cut into cubes.

  • Rinse zucchini, cut into small pieces.

  • Peel onions, finely cut it. Then pour soup into a bowl. Add the chopped ingredients and corn kernels. Season to your taste.
