  • Milk (2%)

  • Beer or chicken broth

  • Worcestershire sauce

Method

  • Add the onions, potatoes and water to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for another 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are soft. Do not forget to add spices.

  • Whisk the cooked potatoes and onions in a blender, then add the beer, milk, and remaining ingredients. Mix well. Put back on the fire again. Add cheese, wait until it melts, and you can serve the soup.
