  • Saute onions and garlic until tender in a heavy-bottomed pot.

  • Cut broccoli and add it to the pot. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer over low heat.

  • Then cook chicken broth from bouillon cube. To do this, dissolve the bouillon cube in the boiling water. Add this chicken broth to the pot, bring to a boil over low heat.

  • Remove from heat and mix the soup with a blender until smooth and then put it on fire again.

  • Heat the cream in a frying pan and pour into the soup. At the end mix everything and sprinkle with greens.
