  • Cauliflower
    1 pc.
  • Onion
    1 pc.
  • Garlic
    1 clove
  • Milk
    3,2 cups
  • Parmesan cheese
    1 cup
  • Chives
    1 tbsp.
  • Butter
    to taste
  • Ground black pepper
    to taste
  • Salt
    to taste

  • Finely cut onions and garlic. Then add a piece of butter to the pan and saute the onions and garlic until tender.

  • Cut the cauliflower into small pieces, add to the frying pan and saute for 1 minute.

  • Then pour milk, bring to a boil and simmer until the cauliflower is tender.

  • Puree the soup in a blender and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with chopped chives.
