A very easy homemade cream of mushroom soup which can be served both winter and summer. Choose fresh champignons or white mushrooms. Saute them together with onions and mince. To flavor soup, add garlic and your favorite spices.
This mushroom soup recipe can be cooked in 20 minutes. Make your evening special with such a flavored soup!

  • Onion

  • Cream
    2 cup
  • Butter
    1 tsp.
  • Ground black pepper
    to taste
  • Salt
    to taste

Method

  • Finely cut onions. Then rinse mushrooms and mince them.

  • Saute onions and mushrooms in a pan in butter until the water evaporates. Season with spices.

  • Then put this mixture to the pot, pour with cream and bring to a boil. Season with greens.

  • Use cream 20% fat
