A very easy homemade cream of mushroom soup which can be served both winter and summer. Choose fresh champignons or white mushrooms. Saute them together with onions and mince. To flavor soup, add garlic and your favorite spices.

Method

  • Finely cut onions. Then rinse mushrooms and mince them.

  • Saute onions and mushrooms in a pan in butter until the water evaporates. Season with spices.
