Method

  • Rinse rice for a several times. Fill a pot with water, season with salt and bring to a boil. When the water evaporates, add rice and milk. Bring to a boil, cook for about 10 minutes.

  • Next, add sugar and butter. Cover with a lid, remove from stove.

Tips

  • To prevent milk from burning, pour 1 tbsp. of water to the saucepan and then pour milk in.

  • To cook white rice, you need 2 cups of water for 1 cup of grain.
