This recipe is a great dish for breakfast for all children. As the milk is low fat it’s absolutely safe for adults. Garish with fruits, berries and nuts (to your taste).

    1 cup
  • Water
    2 cups
  • Bananas
    2 pcs.
  • Low-fat milk
    3 cups
  • Sugar
    2 tbsp.

Method

  • Rinse rice for a several times. Fill a pot with water and add the groats. Cover with a lid, cook for about 15-20 minutes.

  • Peel bananas and mash them with a fork.

  • Next, pour in milk and season with sugar. Add the mashed bananas. Mix well and serve.

Tip

  • To prevent milk from burning, pour 1 tbsp. of water to the saucepan and then pour milk in.
