Quick milk and rice soup

If you have leftover rice, then combine it with milk and you will get a delicious soup. This milk soup is great for breakfast. Serve hot with fruits, berries and nuts.


  • Milk
    2 cups
  • Cooked rice
    1 cups
  • Butter
    2 tbsp.
  • Sugar
    to taste
  • Salt
    to taste

  • Add the cooked rice in a saucepan, pour in milk. Bring to a boil.

  • Serve hot soup in a large bowl, add butter. Season with salt and sugar.


  • To prevent milk from burning, pour 1 tbsp. of water to the saucepan and then pour milk in.

  • How to cook rice? Rinse rice for a several times. Then add to a pot. Fill the pot with water. Cook over medium heat until it’s tender (about 20 minutes).
